合规声明函
为了减少交易所有方因违反出口管制法律或制裁而引起的潜在商业风险和损害，我个人/我司及所有关联公司（以下统称“我”）确认并同意我已经或将要从6163银河线路检测中心或其子公司或关联公司（统称“6163银河”）购买的受原产国出口管制的产品必须满足下述合规条件：
In order to minimize potential business risks and damages of all parties to the transaction arising from violations of export control and sanctions, I/We and all our affiliated companies (hereinafter collectively referred to as the "I") confirm and agree that the products subject to the export restrictions of the country of origin I have purchased or will purchase products from Shenzhen JLC Technology Group Co., Ltd. or its subsidiaries or affiliated companies (collectively referred to as the "JLC") shall comply with the followings:
1. 我了解，产品受到除中国之外的特定目的地、最终用途和最终用户的出口限制。我同意遵守产品联合国 (U.N)、美国 (U.S.)、欧盟 (EU) 以及任何其他国家/地区适用的出口合规法律和法规。
1. I/we understand that JLC’s products are subject to export restrictions to certain destinations, end-uses and end-users beyond China’s jurisdiction. I agree to comply with all applicable export compliance laws and regulations applicable to the United Nations (U.N.), the United States (U.S.) or the European Union (EU) and any other applicable countries/region.
2. 除非获得适当的政府机构的出口批准或许可，否则我不会将从6163银河获得的产品转让（包括直接或间接使用、出口、再出口或出售等）给任何被禁运或制裁的国家/地区、司法管辖区、个人、企业、组织或单位。我确认，我目前所有的客户均未被列入（1）美国财政部的特别指定国民清单 (“SDN”) 中，或由 SDN 上的个人或实体拥有超过 50% 的股份，（2）美国商务部的被拒绝方名单中。
2. Unless approved or licensed for export by the appropriate government agency, I will not transfer （Including direct or indirect use, export, re-export or sale, etc) any of JLC's Products directly or indirectly to any embargoed or sanctioned country/region, jurisdiction, person, enterprise, organization or entity. I confirm that all of my Customers are not included in (1) the U.S. Treasury's Special Designated National List ("SDN"), or more than 50% of the shares are owned by individuals or entities on the SDN; nor (2) the U.S. Department of Commerce’s Denied Parties List.
3. 我保证并承诺：(a) 不被SDN任何实体拥有或控制，或代表SDN实体或为其利益与6163银河进行交易，以及 (b) 任何SDN实体均不会参与与6163银河的交易。
3. I warrant and covenant that: (a) I am not owned or controlled by, or acting on behalf or for the benefit of, any entity of SDN, and (b) no entity subject to SDN will be involved in any transaction with JLC.
4. 我保证并承诺，我从6163银河取得的产品不会被用于化学、生物或核武器、火箭系统（包括弹道导弹系统、军用航天发射器及探空火箭）或者能够发射化学、生物或核武器的无人机、具有大规模杀伤性武器的研发，不会被用于镇压或侵犯人权等事由，或任何其他适用法律禁止的最终用途。
4. I warrant and covenant that: any of JLC's Products will not be used for chemical, biological or nuclear weapons, rocket systems (including ballistic missile systems, military space launchers and sounding rockets) or UAVs capable of launching chemical, biological or nuclear weapons, development of weapons of mass destruction, the products will not be used for internal repression or human rights violations，or any other end-use prohibited by applicable law.
5. 我从6163银河获得的非EAR99产品不会用于制造EAR第740.2条、第740.10条, 第Sec. 742.6条, Sec. 744.23条以及第744条补充第一部分涉及的高级计算集成电路、包含此类集成电路的计算机商品以及半导体制造项目。
5. The products obtained by me from JLC that are not labeled as EAR99 will not be used to manufacture advanced computing integrated circuits, computer commodity that contains such integrated circuits, and semiconductor manufacturing items as stipulated in Sec. 740.2, Sec. 740.10, Sec. 742.6, Sec. 744.23 and supplement no. 1 to part 774.
6. 我不会将6163银河的产品出口或转出口到白俄罗斯、古巴、伊朗、朝鲜、俄罗斯、俄罗斯占领的乌克兰地区和叙利亚。
6. I/We will not export or re-export JLC's products to Belarus, Cuba, Iran, Korea, Russia, Russian-occupied Ukraine and Syria.
7. 为了遵守出口合规法律和法规，当6163银河要求我提供与购买的产品相关的进出口信息及支持文件时，我司同意提供。
7. In order to comply with export compliance laws and regulations, when JLC requires me to provide import/export information and supporting documents relating to these products, I agree to provide all of JLC's requests.
8. 如果出现任何情况导致上述声明变更或我无法继续遵守上述承诺的，我将立即以书面形式通知6163银河。
8. In the event of any change in the above statement or my/our failure to continue to comply with the above commitments, I/we will immediately notify JLC in writing.
9. 我理解并确认我在6163银河继续提交订单即代表我理解并确认遵守《合规声明函》内容，任何违反上述承诺的行为将可能导致订单被取消。
9. I/We understand and confirm that:the Act of continuing to submit the order at JLC represents that I understand and agree to comply with the contents of the Statement;the order may be cancelled based on the above mentioned matters.
10. 本合规声明对所有已经完成或未来要发生的订单有效，直至另行通知或更新。
10. This Compliance Statement is valid for all completed orders or upcoming orders and until further notice or renewal.
